An outlier from its swiss brood, Arnold & Son is a brand of two heritages. While the brand dutifully upholds the traditions of haute horlogerie, it also honors its British origins and its founding father John Arnold. In tribute to Arnold, who together with his son produced the first marine chronometers in large numbers and affordable prices, Arnold & Son introduces the Instrument Collection DSTB.

The Instrument Collection DSTB houses an all-new manufacture movement featuring deadbeat seconds, one of the complications most commonly associated with the House. The calibre is crafted in a way that the movement can be seen from the dial side, a technique that is wholly unique to Arnold & Son.

Finally, Arnold & Son adds an extra touch of refinement to their new timepiece with an elegantly lacquered white subdial that displays the hours and minutes at 4 o’clock and uses clever layering to create striking 3D effects. The case is crafted out of an 18K red gold with a 43.5 mm Cambered sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides. The strap is made from hand-sewn alligator leather.
