Cartier Rotonde Reversed Tourbillon, a watch just limited the functions to just the hours, minutes and seconds. Cartier Rotonde Reversed Tourbillon was created to offer the best possible display for the flying tourbillon.
The dial is very luminous thanks to the radiant guilloché motif, a signature Cartier’s decoration. In this case, Cartier combined the sunray guilloché to white gold, whose shiny surface is highly reflective. The off-centre dial is completed by the half-curve of the seconds aperture and the blued-steel hands.
This Cartier case has a diameter of 46 mm with a cabochon sapphire to complete the winding crown. The hand-wound 9458 MC mechanical movement, beating at 21,600 vph and equipped with a 52-hour power reserve, is made of 167 components, all of them hand-finished.
The Rotonde de Cartier Reversed Tourbillon obtained the “Poinçon de Genève”, a certification of quality without compromises.
