There are two iterations available in new 45mm Marine Chronometers.
Both of the watches are adorned with different dials. One in an elegant blue sunburst, offset by white markers and cherry red accents for a style And the other is glossy white lacquered with blue numerals and hands.

Powering these new Marine Chronometers is the UN-118 calibre, manufactured entirely in-house. With its heart of Silicium and DIAMonSIL, advanced materials pioneered by Ulysse Nardin in the first, 2011 version of the calibre UN-118, the movement represents a step forward in the quest for absolute precision in mechanical time- keeping. It brings together the technological advancement of an anchor escapement in DIAMonSil with Ulysse Nardin’s own oscillator and patented hairspring.

Thi self-winding calibre is offers hours, minutes and direct-drive small seconds. Like every member of the Marine Chronometer family, the design of the dial is inspired by the early Ulysse Nardin chronometers. It features a power reserve indicator at 12 o’clock and small seconds at 6 o’clock, positioned next to the date window. Distinctive roman numerals, cathedral hands and a fluted bezel on the stainless steel case mark it unmistakably as a Marine Chronometer. The timepiece features a crown designed for easy handling, complete with a rubber notch for comfortable winding.

Water-resistant to 200 meters, able to run autonomously for 60 hours, the Marine Chronometer Manufacture has a date that can be adjusted either backward or forward. It also benefits from the rigorous testing required to pass the COSC and the Ulysse Nardin Certificate of performance.
