I recently sent an Offshore to AP – Clearwater for service. It came back this week and I have to say that the work performed was nothing short of spectacular. Actually, the experience was similar to the couple other occasions I’ve sent a watch to Clearwater for service. The workmanship is “like factory new” and the professionalism of the whole experience is first rate.
For those of you, like myself, who dabble in pre-owned AP watches, I take immense comfort in having a U.S. based service center to deal with. They can deal with virtually any issue or unexpected surprise that may arise and you don’t have the concern of having to send the piece overseas.
Oh, I should also mention that AP supplies this cool travel case when the service is complete!
